Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

 

Please note:

• Processing time does not include shipping time

• During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer

 

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• U.S. orders: [4-7] business days

• International orders: [10-14] business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

 

Kaitlin Colors is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

International Shipping

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Kaitlin Colors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Access details will be sent via email or made available through your account after purchase.
